We offer free shipping with orders over $50.00

8am to 5pm Monday-Friday
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unhappy with your order or it was received damaged contact us at brookforestsoap@gmail.com to resolve the issue. We strive to have happy customers!
I live nearby, can I pick up my order?
We like to avoid shipping charges whenever we can. We offer delivery or meet up in Evergreen and surrounding areas You are also welcome to pick up your soap. Make sure you click on the local the shipping charged waived (local Evergreen pickup) tab at checkout.
Do you use lye to make your soap?
Yes. You can’t make real soap without lye. Is there lye in a bar of our soap? No, there is no lye in the finished product. When sodium hydroxide aka lye is mixed with oils a chemical reaction called saponification occurs. When this process is complete the lye and oils have turned into soap.
How do I store my unopened soap?
Store your unopened bars in a cool dry environment.
How can I make my soap last longer?
Your soap will last longer if the bar is not sitting in direct contact with water when not in use. If possible, use a soap dish that offers drainage or a soap lift so it can dry between uses. Soap Lift – Brook Forest Soap Company
